Fire Alarm Testing and Monitoring

The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau is seeking bids for fire alarm testing and monitoring services at various locations, including the Statehouse Convention Center, Robinson Center, River Market Hall, and others. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The contract term is for one year with six optional one-year renewals. Bidders are encouraged to submit electronic proposals, and prices should be held firm for 90 days. • The services required include monthly fire alarm monitoring and annual inspections of fire alarm systems. • The bid should include pricing for each location and service. • The bidder must certify that they are authorized to represent and bind their company. • The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
