Description
The SERSG is seeking a contractor to provide a broad suite of Department of Public Works (DPW) services for the Sharon, MA area over a one‑year performance period (March 2027 – Feb 2028). The work covers road construction, maintenance, snow removal, drainage, and a variety of emergency‑response services. No electronic submission is allowed; vendors must submit paper quotes, and the budget is not disclosed.
• Cold in‑place recycling, trench patch repairs, various seal‑coating operations (chip seal, micro paving, etc.)
• Traffic line painting, guard rail installation, sub‑drain and catch‑basin cleaning, excavation, and snow/ice removal (including roof shoveling)
• On‑call tree trimming, sewer‑drain hydro‑excavation, and specialized mist/fog applications
• All services must be performed between 03/01/2027 and 02/29/2028; submission deadline is 11/23/2026 at 10 AM.
