Bldg. 20129 — Presolicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source for DSX Badge Readers

The Air Force Operational Test & Evaluation Center (AFOTEC) at Kirtland AFB intends to award a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price contract to Industrial & Commercial Security Systems, Inc. for the procurement, programming, installation, and certification of twenty‑six DSX access‑controlled badge readers and associated hardware on secure interior vault doors in Building 20129. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, professional programming, and electrical certifications, and must work within the existing proprietary DSX Access Control System. Third‑party hardware is prohibited to protect system integrity and warranties.
