FY27 Rental, Refill, and Delivery of CO2

The Collier County Operations & Regulatory Management Division is seeking quotes from interested vendors for the rental, refill, and delivery of CO2 tanks. The scope of work includes the monthly rental of 9 750 cu. ft. CO2 tanks and 5 125 cu. ft. portable CO2 tanks, as well as the refill and delivery of CO2 for these tanks. The vendor will be responsible for installing, delivering, maintaining, and refilling the rented CO2 tanks, as well as delivering and refilling CO2 for the County-owned CO2 tanks. The primary objectives of this quick quote are to provide a consistent and reliable supply of CO2 tanks, ensure the safety and compliance of all CO2 tanks and related equipment, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide an all-inclusive price per pound for each refill, delivery, and maintenance of the rental tanks. • The vendor must achieve the requirements of the specifications or scope of work stated. • The vendor must provide a monthly price for each tank rental. • The vendor must provide an all-inclusive price per pound for each refill and delivery of the County-owned CO2 tanks. • The vendor must ensure that all tanks are properly inspected, certified, and compliant with safety standards before delivery. • The vendor must maintain open communication with the Parks and Recreation Division and respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and issues.
