A&E SERVICES PRESCOTT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL INTEGRATED SEISMIC & ENERGY UPGRADES

The Parkrose School District is seeking proposals from qualified Architectural and Engineering (A/E) firms to provide comprehensive design, permitting, and construction administration services for the Prescott Elementary School Integrated Seismic & Energy Upgrades. The project includes structural rehabilitation of the Gym/Cafeteria and high-performance envelope/windows for the Classroom Wing. The total construction budget is $3.77M. The project is funded by two distinct grants: the Business Oregon SRGP Grant and the PCEF Grant. The selected firm will be responsible for managing dual-grant specifications and PCEF social equity goals. • The project requires an integrated design solution that meets the requirements of both grants. • The firm must provide all necessary services to deliver an integrated project, including design, permitting, and construction administration. • The project has a mandatory site visit requirement, and proposals from firms that have not physically inspected the site will be deemed non-responsive. • The firm must ensure that all design and permitting services are scheduled to allow for final construction closeout and invoicing of SRGP-funded work by September 30, 2027.
