Lake Johnna Boulevard Trail Construction Design Services

Ramsey County’s Public Works Department is seeking professional engineering services to produce preliminary design documents for a new multi‑use trail along Lake Johanna Boulevard, extending from County Road D to Stowe Avenue (potentially Lake Lane) in the City of Arden Hills. The scope includes geotechnical testing, pavement design, coordination with the City of Arden Hills and the Rice Creek Watershed District, public engagement, development of preliminary specifications and special provisions, and cost estimating for roadway reconstruction and trail layout. • Conduct geotechnical investigations and testing for the trail corridor. • Provide pavement and roadway design, including reconstruction of existing roadway elements. • Coordinate with municipal and watershed stakeholders and facilitate public outreach. • Prepare preliminary specifications, special provisions, and cost estimates for the full design package.
