Website Hosting, Maintenance, Accessibility, and Support Services for the A&M Colleges

Oklahoma State University & A&M System is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive website services—including hosting, ongoing maintenance, technical support, accessibility monitoring, security, backup, and migration—for four of its constituent colleges. The contract will be awarded on a best‑value basis and will initially span three years with the possibility of two‑year extensions up to a total of five years. The vendor must meet strict service‑level targets, ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, and deliver regular reporting on uptime, security incidents, and accessibility findings. • Provide production, test, and pre‑production hosting environments with 99.9 % uptime and rapid outage response (critical ≤ 1 hr). • Conduct annual penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and accessibility assessments; maintain SSL certificates and a web‑application firewall. • Migrate existing content for four colleges, preserve URLs/SEO, and offer ongoing support, backups (retention 1 year), and analytics integration.
