Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) Phone Switch Removal Sources Sought

The US Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential small business sources with the capacity and technical capability to successfully perform Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) Phone Switch Removal services at F.E. Warren AFB in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to decommission, remove, and dispose of the Dial Central Office (DCO) telephone switch and remote switch system along with supporting equipment. The contractor will be responsible for transporting the removed equipment to the nearest Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) location. Some key aspects of the project include: • Decommissioning and removing the DCO telephone switch and remote switch system • Providing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials • Transporting removed equipment to the nearest DLA location • Complying with environmental regulations and guidelines • Adhering to safety requirements and protocols • Maintaining confidentiality and security of government information The US Air Force is seeking comments on the draft Performance Work Statement and capability statements from interested parties.
