Venue and Support for the 2026 Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps Symposium

The United States Marine Corps is seeking a vendor to provide conference rooms, audio-visual equipment, and support services for the 2026 Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps Symposium. The symposium will take place from 20-24 July 2026, and the vendor must provide meeting spaces, audio-visual and technical support, and services and coordination. The meeting spaces must include a ballroom for a General Session, a ballroom for a Spouse Session, breakout rooms, an Operations Center, a private office, and a green room. The audio-visual and technical support must include LCD projectors, podiums, microphones, and reliable LAN and WiFi connections. The vendor must also provide an on-site A/V technician for immediate troubleshooting. Some key requirements of the job include: • Providing meeting spaces that meet the specified requirements • Providing audio-visual and technical support that meets the specified requirements • Providing services and coordination that meet the specified requirements • Ensuring that all meeting spaces and equipment are fully set up and operational by the afternoon of 20 July 2026 • Providing an on-site A/V technician who is readily available for immediate troubleshooting throughout the duration of the event
