The State of Vermont is seeking a qualified A/E firm to provide complete design, permitting, bid‑package preparation, and construction‑administration services for the rehabilitation of the Gale Meadows Pond earth‑embankment dam. The effort is divided into nine clearly defined milestones ranging from data‑gap analysis through final design, permit acquisition, construction‑phase observation, and close‑out documentation.
