Two police package SUVs

The State of West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the purchase of two 2025 or 2026 model year, four-door police interceptor utility cruiser SUVs. The vehicles must meet specific requirements, including being all-wheel-drive, having a wheelbase of 119-121 inches, and having a minimum length of 198 inches. The vehicles must also have certain features, such as a 3.3L V-6 engine, a 10-speed automatic transmission, and a heavy-duty cooling system. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the vehicles meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost. • The vehicles must be delivered within 153 working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed. • The vendor must provide a detailed spec sheet detailing the specifications listed in the solicitation. • The vehicles must be free from defects that may impair their operation, safety, emissions, and serviceability, or detract from appearance. • The vendor must provide a warranty that includes furnishing, without cost to the agency, new parts and assemblies to replace any that failed or malfunctioned within the warranty period.
