USAMU Leadership Training 2026

The U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit (USAMU) is seeking training centered on elite Soldier/athlete performance through the Working Genius and Maxwell Leadership principles/techniques. The training should focus on leadership confidence, goal-setting, attention and concentration control, stress and energy management, and experiential team building and sustainment for organizational leaders. The contract is expected to be awarded on a sole-source basis to Graham William, with a period of performance from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.
