Longwood University is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive recruiting services for critical professional and faculty positions across a range of disciplines. The contractor will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from needs analysis and job description development to candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding support—while emphasizing diversity and quality of candidates. The contract runs for one year with the possibility of up to four additional one‑year extensions, and pricing is based on a retainer and/or contingency fee structure submitted by the vendor. • Covers eight occupational categories including Accounting, Engineering, Athletics, IT, HR, Marketing, Faculty, and Business Administration. • Vendor must be an e‑VA registered, insured, equal‑opportunity provider and must meet Virginia vendor manual requirements. • Performance period: November 1 2006 – October 31 2007, with optional renewals; bids due October 18 2006.
