This Invitation for Bid (IFB #103‑26) seeks qualified contractors to provide a full suite of concrete products and related services for the Clay County Road and Bridge Department in Missouri. The scope covers supply and placement of concrete sidewalks, curb‑and‑gutter, curb ramps, driveway approaches, storm‑drain throats, headwalls, wingwalls, and miscellaneous flatwork, as well as all associated labor, equipment, traffic and pedestrian control, subgrade preparation, reinforcement, jointing, curing, detectable warning surfaces, and post‑construction restoration. Bids must be sealed, fully completed, and submitted by 2:00 PM Central Time on 29 Oct 2026. The contract is awarded for an initial one‑year period with the possibility of four additional one‑year renewals.
