McKenzie River RD Roadside Brushing

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide roadside brushing services to the McKenzie River Ranger District of the Willamette National Forest. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items necessary to provide road roadside brushing services. The contract will be awarded to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on evaluation criteria including technical approach, price, and past performance. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing road roadside brushing services • Furnishing all necessary labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items • Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations • Submitting a work schedule, quality control plan, and list of equipment to be used • Providing pricing for all individual line items • Having a satisfactory past performance record
