Shop Towel Rental and Laundering Services

The National Guard Bureau is seeking a contractor to provide shop towel rental and laundering services. The contractor will be required to deliver towels on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, with the option for the government to extend the contract for up to 4 additional years. The contractor must be an established company regularly engaged in providing industrial laundry services, and must provide a list of at least three contracts from within the past five years of a similar size, scope, and complexity to the work described in this solicitation. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the work. • The contractor must ensure that all towels are cleaned and sanitized in accordance with industry standards. • The contractor must provide a price quote that includes all applicable costs, including labor, materials, and transportation. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
