• The project requires the design services provider to assemble a team of necessary sub-consultants, including architectural and interior design, structural, civil, and MEP engineering, laboratory design, audio-visual, and acoustic engineering design services.
• The project must be designed to follow the current version of the Minnesota B3 Guidelines for sustainable design, including the requirements of the Minnesota SB2030 Energy Standard.
• The University will evaluate proposals based on the evaluation criteria, including respondent team qualifications, project work plan, project schedule, and project fee.
