RFQ for Architecture and Engineering Services – Central Building 6A & 7C Patient Rooms

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking qualified firms to provide architectural and engineering design services for new patient rooms (Central Building 6A and 7C). The work will involve schematic design, design development, construction documents, and coordination with hospital stakeholders to deliver compliant, evidence‑based patient care environments. This solicitation is a qualification round; selected firms will be invited to submit detailed proposals for the design scope. • Scope includes architectural planning, interior design, medical equipment layout, and engineering (MEP) services for hospital patient rooms. • Submissions must follow the supplied response format and be delivered electronically (and optionally a paper copy) by May 21, 2026. • UAMS encourages participation from small, minority‑ and women‑owned businesses and expects collaboration with subcontractors that reflect these groups.
