SW Surveillance/Lighting Trailers 8520

The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) is requesting a price quote for two surveillance camera and area lighting trailers. The trailers should have a FALCON 3100 BASE TRAILER SYSTEM W/18 ft STABILIZED MAST, with a gross weight rating of 2200 lbs, 4 adjustable outriggers, and a heavy-duty tube steel frame. The system should also include a 900AH AGM battery system, optional Honda gasoline generator, and a 1200W solar array. The vendor will be held to the requirements of F.O.B. Destination as set forth in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Terms and Conditions. • The vendor must provide a quote for the total line items, including shipping costs, which must be listed on a separate line item. • The vendor must review, complete, and return the attached forms, including the GSPUR-89 – Reciprocal Limitations Act Requirements and the BOP-1307 Lobbying Certification. • Substitutions are allowable, but the vendor must provide complete identification of the product, furnish descriptive literature, and indicate any known specifications deviations. • The vendor must certify that the product(s) they are quoting are compliant with the rules/regulations of the National Defense Authorization Act.
