REBID: REMOVE & RECYCLE MATTRESSES, CAMP RIPLEY

The Department of Military Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to recycle approximately 1,400 twin-size mattresses located at Camp Ripley, Minnesota. The contractor will be responsible for providing supervision and transportation to collect the mattresses and haul them to a recycling facility. The selected recycling facility must be capable of dismantling the mattresses to their core components for transformation into new materials or disassembling them for complete refurbishment. The contractor will also be responsible for unloading the mattresses at the recycling facility. Key aspects of the job include: • Recycling of approximately 1,400 twin-size mattresses • Transportation of mattresses to a recycling facility • Unloading of mattresses at the recycling facility • Compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract The contract is anticipated to be from April 2026 to September 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional one year. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $24,000 to $28,000.
