CRRC Facility Maintenance Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Capital Region Readiness Center (CRRC) seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive, 24/7/365 facility maintenance services for the CRRC complex. The scope includes labor, supplies, equipment, and supervision for monitoring, maintenance, and repair of building components, structures, emergency electrical power systems, diesel fuel storage and delivery systems, HVAC, generators, switchgear, fire suppression, UPS, SCADA, BMS, and associated utilities. Services are to be performed in accordance with manufacturers’ recommendations and must support continuous mission readiness.
