Description
This invitation‑only solicitation seeks qualified contractors to perform extensive underground work that includes the reconstruction of an 18‑inch reinforced‑concrete sewer line and the replacement (relay) of water mains on South Conestoga Street from Ludlow Street to Market Street in Philadelphia. The project encompasses excavation, pipe installation, manhole construction, traffic and pedestrian protection, ADA‑compliant curb ramps, tree protection, utility coordination, and required environmental and safety compliance. • Replace 18‑in. reinforced‑concrete sewer and install new water mains (8‑in. ductile‑iron) along a major city corridor.
