Notice of Intent to Sole Source – TowFLEXX Electric Tower Repairs

The United States Air Force intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to TugFIXX LLP for the procurement of TowFLEXX Electric Tower Repair Services. This requirement is for a 100% small-business set-aside, and TugFIXX LLP is the only known source capable of fulfilling this requirement due to their exclusive manufacturer's agreement. The contract will be awarded under the authority of RFO 6.103-1, which states that only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. • The contract is for the repair of TowFLEXX Electric Towers. • The contractor must have access to proprietary parts, technical manuals, and certified data required to perform the work. • The contractor must be authorized by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to perform the work. • Responses to this notice must be submitted electronically via email to the Contracting Officer and the Contract Specialist. • The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this announcement.
