The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (VA) is conducting market research for a one‑time fire‑damper inspection and testing effort on its Biloxi campus. The contractor must locate, inspect, test, label, and where necessary repair or replace components of 247 fire and smoke dampers across ten patient and non‑patient buildings. Work must comply with NFPA codes, include detailed documentation (photos, red‑lined AutoCAD drawings, pass/fail reports), and be completed within 90 days of notice to proceed. The period of performance for the eventual contract is one year (12/31/2026‑12/30/2027). Preference is given to SDVOSBs or other small businesses, but all qualified firms may respond.
