Professional Design Services – Crossroads Multi‑Use Commercial Development

Mississippi State University is seeking a Mississippi‑licensed architectural/engineering firm to provide full professional design services for the Crossroads District Mixed‑Use Commercial Development in Starkville. The scope covers all phases—from programming through construction administration—for a non‑residential, mixed‑use project (office, retail, food & beverage) that must conform to a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) aesthetic. The firm must submit a thumb‑drive with a detailed Letter of Interest, project‑specific qualifications, resumes of Mississippi‑licensed principals, and evidence of design‑excellence and cost‑control.
