The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a “Notice of Intent” to establish a single‑award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with vendors pre‑approved by the Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI) to deliver instructor‑guided training for the Federal Acquisition Certification – Core‑Plus Digital Services (FAC‑C‑DS) and the Digital IT Acquisition Program (DITAP). The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, transportation, and incidentals needed to develop and deliver the curriculum, which must be validated by the Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) and the U.S. Digital Service. Responses are due by 1:00 PM ET on 23 September 2026. • Provide instructor‑led education on FAC‑C‑DS and DITAP for a diverse acquisition workforce. • Develop, validate, and deliver a curriculum approved by OFPP and the U.S. Digital Service. • Supply all labor, materials, transportation, and incidentals required for training delivery. • Must be an authorized vendor identified by the Federal Acquisition Institute. • Single‑award BPA; response deadline 23 Sep 2026, 1:00 PM ET.
