Description
The Department of War Innovation Unit (DIU) is running a pilot “Bridge Program” called CLASS ACT to give non‑traditional defense contractors without a Facility Clearance (FCL) a pathway to obtain a Top‑Secret FCL and work on classified problems. Interested firms must submit a concise (≤ 5‑page) white‑paper responding to a posted topic area; selected participants may receive an Other Transaction prototype award (minimum $2,500) or a bail‑ment agreement (no payment) and will be assisted in obtaining the required clearance. The effort runs for 36 months, with each topic having its own limited submission window posted on the DIU website.
