Underwriting Services

The Delaware Transportation Authority is seeking underwriting services for the sale of U.S. 301 Project Revenue Refunding Bonds. The selected firm will be responsible for recommending debt issuance structures, assisting in drafting bond documents, managing the underwriting process, and providing post-closing analysis. The firm will work closely with the Delaware Transportation Authority and other professionals to undertake the negotiated sale of the Refunding Bonds. • The underwriter will be expected to commit capital to underwrite bonds and provide additional underwriting and investment banking services as requested by the Department. • The selected firm will be required to provide some or all of the services identified above at the request of the Delaware Transportation Authority. • The firm should have experience as a senior manager on a public bond issuance within the last 24 months and maintain professional liability insurance in an aggregate amount of not less than $2 million. • The proposal should include a summary of the firm's capabilities, sales and pricing methodology, fees and expenses, and experience and capabilities.
