The Bureau of Land Management’s National Historic Trails Interpretive Center in Casper, WY needs a qualified contractor to remove and replace four heating‑and‑cooling system pumps, associated motors, and five variable‑frequency drives (VFDs). The scope includes disposal of existing equipment, installation of new pumps and VFDs, integration with the Johnson Controls Metasys building‑automation system, and completion of a third‑party Testing and Balancing (TAB) verification. Contractors must hold transferable journeyman plumbing and electrical licenses, comply with all applicable codes, and submit required documentation (equipment data, TAB reports, Metasys reports, safety plans, schedules, O&M manuals).
