The procurement is restricted to authorized resellers of the brand name requirement, and the valves must be factory-new. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all offers received in response to this solicitation. • The required valves operate in parallel within the facility's existing control infrastructure. • The procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. • The total estimated value to meet the subject requirement is below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). • The evaluation process will be conducted in sequential steps, including price sorting, size standard validation, technical validation, responsibility determination, and determination of price reasonableness.
