This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source contract

This notice announces the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s intent to award a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price contract to Noblis for advisory and assistance services supporting the Department of Defense Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Program across the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) spectrum. The effort provides expert subject‑matter support for program management, technical, regulatory, acquisition, logistics, financial, strategic planning, training, IT, security, and administrative functions. The contract will be a one‑year base period with two optional six‑month extensions, ensuring continuity of critical CBRN counter‑WMD activities.
