NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - National Crime Information Center (NCIC)

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Rucker intends to award a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price contract to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) to provide continuous, 24/7 electronic gateway access, software licensing, and digital connectivity to the FBI’s National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and the Alabama Law Enforcement Tactical System (LETS). The contract will cover a one‑year base period with up to six one‑year extensions and a six‑month final option, delivering secure, uninterrupted law‑enforcement data services to the Army’s Directorate of Public Safety.
