SEWER CLEANING, CCTV, MANHOLE AND SOIL EROSION INSPECTION SERVICES

The Town of Tiverton and the Tiverton Wastewater District are seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive sewer‑maintenance services, including CCTV inspections, light and heavy pipe cleaning, root cutting, debris removal, manhole inspections, and a one‑time erosion‑control inspection of the Mt. Hope Interceptor. Work will be performed on both municipal and district‑owned sewer assets throughout Tiverton, RI, under a fixed‑price, item‑priced contract lasting up to one year. The award will be made to the lowest qualified and responsive bidder. • Perform color‑CCTV video inspections of approximately 17,200 linear feet of sewer mains, delivering PACP‑format video files and inspection reports. • Provide hydraulic jet cleaning (light, heavy, and root‑cut) on an estimated 34,200 linear feet of 6‑‑24‑inch pipe, and remove/transport ~12 tons of debris. • Inspect roughly 250 manholes and conduct a lump‑sum erosion‑control inspection of the Mt. Hope Interceptor, all under OSHA confined‑space and prevailing‑wage regulations.
