RFQ to setup BPA for private transportation services to support official transportation needs within and outside Quito-Ecuador

The U.S. Embassy in Quito, Ecuador is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with qualified transportation services providers to support official transportation needs within and outside the city limits. The contractor will provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for passengers traveling to public and private locations. Services may include one-way and round-trip transportation, transportation within and outside the city limits, and transportation support for official meetings, events, and administrative requirements. The quantity, frequency, duration, destination, and type of transportation services are not guaranteed and may vary significantly depending on operational needs. • The contractor shall provide different types of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, minivans, and minibuses, upon request. • The contractor shall ensure that all vehicles are in good mechanical and cosmetic condition, comply with local transportation regulations and safety standards, and have valid registration, permits, and inspection documents. • The contractor shall maintain insurance coverage, including automobile liability insurance and passenger accident insurance, throughout the period of performance. • The contractor shall provide a replacement vehicle equivalent to the type that requires replacement, due to accident, breakdown, or any other reason, within one hour notice by the driver.
