Whole-Body Trauma Trainer Sim Mannequins

The Navy is seeking a Whole-Body Trauma Trainer Sim Mannequin for emergency medical training. The sim mannequin should have an active shooter lower body and an optional bleeding arm and non-bleeding left leg with a crush injury. It should also have a two-way communication system for training purposes.
