BROADCASTING RIGHTS FOR KNOX COUNTY SCHOOLS EVENTS

The Knox County Procurement Division is seeking proposals for broadcasting rights for Knox County Schools events, including high school football and basketball games, graduations, and other events. The successful proposer will be granted exclusive television broadcast rights for the awarded package. Proposers must submit a detailed proposal, including a narrative of the packages offered, promotional strategy, and qualifications/experience. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. • The proposer must provide a detailed narrative of the packages offered for television and radio broadcasts, as well as streaming rights. • The proposer must detail the promotional strategy used to reach potential viewers, listeners, and streams. • The proposer must provide information on the number of potential Knox County households reached, total potential viewership, and channel numbers for television broadcasts. • The proposer must provide information on the number of potential Knox County households reached, total potential listenership, and radio stations for radio broadcasts. • The proposer must provide information on the website address, number of subscribers, and bandwidth for live internet streaming.
