Budget estimate

$1,000,000 – $3,000,000

No total contract value is disclosed in the solicitation. Comparable VA contracts for virtual patient monitoring systems (hardware, software licensing, installation, training, and multi‑year support) typically range from $1 million for a basic deployment to $3 million for a fully integrated, multi‑site solution with four option years. The estimate accounts for the cost of 26 cameras, four workstations, 180‑day installation, training, one‑year warranty, and annual software/license fees across five years. Factors that could push the price higher include advanced integration with multiple VA clinical systems, enhanced cybersecurity requirements, and optional extended warranties.
