RFP-92-27 MERP 9 - MAGOFFIN & LAWRENCE COUNTIES

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is issuing an RFP (RFP‑92‑27 MERP 9) to contract a qualified general contractor to plug and abandon seven marginally producing oil and gas wells located in Lawrence and Magoffin counties under the Methane Emissions Reduction Program (MERP). The work includes well plugging, site reclamation, removal of flowlines and tanks where applicable, compliance with Kentucky Revised Statutes, coordination with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service for endangered species consultations, and adherence to historic preservation guidelines.
