Budget estimate

$250,000 – $500,000

The solicitation caps the total contract value at $500,000. Assuming the Port issues multiple task orders over the five‑year term, a typical mid‑size firm could earn roughly $250 K–$500 K in fees, depending on the number of sites awarded and the negotiated hourly rates. Factors influencing the final amount include the volume of task orders, rate negotiations, and any optional rate adjustments.
