Swap Derivative Valuation Services GASB Compliance

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) is seeking written proposals from qualified providers of valuation services in connection with existing and outstanding derivative instruments, including swaps held by the Authority for purposes of complying with the Authority’s reporting requirements. The scope of services includes providing valuation services for derivative instruments. Key responsibilities may include: • Providing independent valuation services for derivative instruments • Ensuring compliance with the Authority’s reporting requirements • Collaborating with CHFA staff to understand their needs and provide high-quality services The ideal candidate will have experience in valuation services, particularly in the context of derivative instruments, and a strong understanding of the relevant regulations and standards.
