Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is conducting market research for a suite of construction and renovation projects at Wright‑Paterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The effort will use Other Transaction (OT) agreements and a Progressive Design‑Build (PDB) delivery method, with the Government seeking qualified industry partners that can handle sensitive SAP spaces, high‑capacity utility plants, and extensive building modernizations. Respondents will provide company profiles, CMMC compliance strategies, and detailed technical approaches for each project.
• Seven distinct projects ranging from $14 M to $160 M, covering SAP renovations, new research labs, boiler plant consolidations, dormitory upgrades, and high‑tech facility modernizations.
