Westbank Expressway Median Improvements - Phase 3

The Westbank Expressway Median Improvements - Phase 3 project involves landscape and beautification improvements within the median of US Highway 90 (Westbank Expressway) from Louisiana Street to Terry Parkway. The project requires the contractor to provide materials and perform work in accordance with the specifications, with no additional cost to the owner. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a payment bond and a performance bond guaranteeing faithful performance of the contract. • The project is exempt from state sales and use tax according to La. R.S. 47:301(8)(c)(i). • The successful bidder shall be granted the tax-exempt status of Jefferson Parish via Form R-1020. • A complete set of drawings and specifications may be secured from Dana Brown & Associates for $200.00 per set. • The deposit on the first set of documents furnished to bona fide prime bidders will be fully refunded upon return of documents in good condition.
