IFB 2167 In-Person ASL Interpreting Services

The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide in‑person American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting services across California for meetings, trainings, events, and other official business. The contract is a single‑award, three‑year agreement with a not‑to‑exceed ceiling of $450,000. Bidders must submit a single inclusive hourly rate covering all costs (personnel, travel, per‑diem, etc.) and comply with extensive certification, insurance, and data‑security requirements.
