Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Alertus (Giant Voice)

The 439th Contracting Flight at Westover Air Reserve Base (ARB) intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to Alertus Technologies, LLC for the comprehensive maintenance, support, and software licensing of the installation's existing Alertus High-Power Speaker Array (HPSA) Giant Voice Mass Notification System (MNS). The requirement consists of full on-site maintenance covering six Alertus HPSA towers, including one annual NFPA 72 compliant inspection, two bi-annual maintenance visits, emergency/unscheduled support, an extended hardware warranty, and 24/7 technical support. • The contract will be for a base year with four option years. • The contractor must provide proprietary diagnostic tools, parts, and software license renewals. • The system requires proprietary software and firmware licenses that only Alertus can provide. • Interested firms must submit a Capability Statement demonstrating their ability to satisfy this requirement.
