Ice Skating Rink

The City of Dublin is seeking a full‑service operator for a seasonal outdoor ice‑skating rink to support the Christkindlmarkt winter market. The contractor must supply, install, operate, and remove a modular rink (minimum 40 ft × 80 ft), refrigeration system, Zamboni, staffing, ticketing, and all related equipment, while coordinating with city‑provided utilities and event schedules. The contract is initially for two years with possible one‑year extensions, and the operator retains all revenues generated from admissions and skate rentals. • Provide modular rink infrastructure and refrigeration capable of ≤ 55 °F ice. • Manage installation (Oct 5‑12 2026), operation (Nov 18 2026‑Mar 15 2027), and removal (Mar 15‑Apr 1 2027). • Deliver staffing, ticketing, skate rental, first‑aid, security, and ongoing maintenance throughout the season.
