The City of Reno is seeking a qualified contractor to execute a comprehensive sewer rehabilitation program across multiple districts of the city. The work includes repair, upsizing, or full replacement of existing sanitary sewer pipes, replacement of laterals and manholes, coordination with water‑authority crossings, and extensive surface restoration (asphalt, concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping). The contract also requires compliance with Nevada prevailing‑wage rules, apprentice usage statutes, and detailed documentation (CCTV inspections, SWPPP updates, photographic records). • Replace/repair sanitary sewer pipe (8‑in., 10‑in., 12‑in., 24‑in.) and associated laterals. • Install new manholes, catch basins, and coordinate water‑main crossings with the Truckee Meadows Water Authority. • Perform full‑depth surface restoration including temporary and permanent asphalt patches, curb & gutter, sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping restoration. • Provide required bonding, insurance, retainage, and liquidated‑damages compliance; submit force‑account rate schedule within 2 hours of bid opening.
