SOURCES SOUGHT - COMBINE-MOUNTED IN-LINE NEAR INFARED SPECTROPHOTOMETER

The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is seeking information from qualified and experienced contractors capable of providing a domestically sourced In-line Near Infrared Spectrophotometer for Research Plot Combine. The equipment requirements include a mechanically rugged diode array NIR spectrometer, 850 to 1650 nm spectral range, and a 256 pixel thermoelectrically cooled InGaAs photodiode array detector. The contractor should be able to provide and install the spectrophotometer on an existing Wintersteiger research plot combine, and provide training on instrument use. Some key points to consider: • The contractor should have experience in providing similar equipment and services. • The equipment should meet or exceed the specified requirements. • The contractor should be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting responses. • The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice.
