PREPURCHASE OF 5-KILOVOLT SWITCHGEAR, LOW VOLTAGE CONTROL PANELS, 480 VOLT SWITCHGEARS, MOTOR CONTROL CENTERS, PANELBOARDS, AND 480 VOLT SWITCHBOARD

The City of Pompano Beach is seeking bids for the prepurchase of electrical equipment, including 5-kilovolt switchgear, low voltage control panels, 480 volt switchgears, motor control centers, panelboards, and 480 volt switchboard. The equipment will be used for the Pompano Beach Electrical Master Plan Improvements project. Bidders must be registered on the City's eBid System to view the solicitation documents and respond to this solicitation. The complete solicitation document can be downloaded free of charge from the eBid System. • The project includes the installation of new electrical equipment, including switchgears, motor control centers, and panelboards. • The equipment must meet the requirements specified in the Contract Documents, including the Technical Specifications and the Drawings. • The bidder must provide a complete bid package, including all required documents and information, by the submission deadline date. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
