Notice of Intent to Sole Source- Radar Simulators and Radar Simulator Hardware/Software

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to solicit and award a sole-source contract to Buffalo Computer Graphics Inc. (BCG) for the provision of one PCS-400 Radar Simulator and one PCS-401 Radar Simulator Hardware/Software Kit. The contract will be awarded under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and will be conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The USCG requires the equipment to support the USCG Seawatch Lab, and BCG is the sole developer and manufacturer of the required hardware/software. Interested vendors may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 5:00 PM ET on 17 August 2025. The key aspects of the job include: * Provision of one PCS-400 Radar Simulator * Provision of one PCS-401 Radar Simulator Hardware/Software Kit * Associated interfaces * Trade-in of existing equipment * License transfer support * Support for the USCG Seawatch Lab
