Description
The Missoula County Auditor’s Office is seeking a qualified rodeo stock contractor to supply all livestock, arena personnel, feed, equipment, and production services for the 2026 and 2027 Missoula Stampede rodeo events (and possible extensions through 2032). The contractor must be a PRCA member in good standing, provide a full complement of rodeo animals (bareback horses, steers, saddle broncs, bulls, mutton‑busting sheep, etc.), manage arena direction, recruit contestants, and handle year‑round consultation on rodeo promotion. The County will provide added‑money funds for certain events, limited lodging, arena infrastructure, and on‑site veterinary support. The award will be a two‑year contract with up‑to‑five‑year renewal options.
